1. Information We Collect

We collect only two kinds of information:

• Form inputs — when you request a free website check or send a contact message, we collect the fields you submit: name, email, phone (optional), business name, industry, current website URL (optional), goals, and your message.
• IP address — when you submit a form, we briefly use your IP address to run a spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and to apply a short per-IP rate limit.

2. How We Use the Information

We use the information only to respond to your request. Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox at support@netrasolution.com. We do not store form data in a database.

3. Service Providers

We use the following service providers to run the Site and receive your message. Each handles data under its own terms and only as needed to run the Site:

• Vercel — hosts the website.
• Resend — sends your form submission from the Site to our forwarding address.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that submissions come from a person, not a bot.
• ImprovMX — forwards email sent to our @netrasolution.com addresses to our mailbox.
• Google (Gmail) — stores and lets us read your message in our inbox.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We do not currently use web analytics, advertising cookies, or any tracking tools. If we add any in the future, we will update this policy before turning them on.

5. We Do Not Sell Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party targeted advertising.

6. Data Retention

Inquiry records live in our email account and are deleted on request. We may keep records longer if needed to meet tax or legal obligations.

7. Your Rights — Access, Correction, Deletion

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your submission by emailing support@netrasolution.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children

The Site is intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Security

We use HTTPS for all traffic, and the providers listed above protect data in transit and at rest with their own measures. No system is completely secure, but we only hold data for as long as needed to respond.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version on the Site with a new "Last updated" date.
